This is our most popular package offered to clients.
Where a client prefers a single point of contact and responsibility to take their concept from initial brief through to project completion, our D&B service takes advantage of our in house design capabilities to bring their ideas to life.
We are able to manage the planning process on your behalf and seek building control sign off to alleviate the stresses of the pre-construction elements.
Architectural Services
If the client prefers to split the project into pre-determined stages, we are able to help create a comprehensive set of drawings for planning submissions, including building control approval, ready for build. See our Architectural Design page for more information
Construction Management
For a client with more experience and who is seeking to manage the overall process, RNB are able to offer a CM service where we can offer a shorter mobilisation period and work closely with the client's consultancy team to develop the design as the project progresses.
Main Contracting
Should the client have a detailed set of designs and are only seeking to execute the build phase, we are able to quote for, and negotiate, into a contract. This type of service will be suited to both large and small scale projects.
Feasibility Studies
For clients who are not yet sure of the scope of their work, or are considering an investment and would like our expert input from an early stage, we can help advise onto the feasibility and outline costs of a project.
Project Management
If a client already has a project in the pipeline but is unable to manage the process directly, we are able to offer a service whereby we consult directly with the nominated parties to ensure the designs and build are executed to time, cost and quality standards.
