How it works?

Email or call us so we can introduce ourselves and organise a free, no obligation initial introductory meeting.
Here we will discuss your ideas, budget and other dependent factors such as timing and disruption.

Once Tom our designer has considered a strategy for the scheme, we will submit a fee proposal to give you clarity of costs from the start.

Options for the designs will then be submitted along with outline anticipated build costs and timeframes to further inform you how best to proceed. This will lead swiftly into the production of the planning drawing and submission to the local authority for approval.

Next steps prior to starting on site is the Building Regulation drawing including structural drawings and further design detailing if required.

RNB Construction can now be engaged more formally and once a competitive tender has been accepted will takeover and smoothly guide you through the build process through to completion and handover.
